This 11 meter-high 3-tier waterfall is named after the roaring sound the water makes, "Todoroki" in Japanese.
The area around the waterfall has been set up as a park and is a great viewing spot of cherry blossoms in spring, autumn foliage in fall and other seasonal flowers.
The walking path to the hot spring area is very popular among the locals since it allows you to enjoy strolling while listening to the comforting murmur of the river .
