Established in 1920, we've been particular about using seasonal ingredients and you can taste the authentic cuisine made for each ingredient such as locally caught Japanese grenadier anchovy or Etsu, blowfish from Shimonoseki, tuna fish from Tsukiji market and crabs from Hokkaido.
