It consists of the Sano Tokumin Memorial Hall (experiential learning facility), which honors Tokumin Sano's achievements and learns the spirit of philanthropy, and a historical park that reveals the remains of the Saga Domain Naval Office, the source of modern Japanese science and technology.It is a base facility for human resource development that exhibits materials and relics related to the achievements of the Japanese Red Cross Society's founder, Tsunemin Sano, and learns the achievements of ordinary people through next-generation education, volunteer activities, lifelong learning, and community exchange activities.
