Geejo Castle is a mountain castle constructed by connecting two peaks, Geejo Mountain, which is the eastern end of the mountain chain, and Boju Mountain, which is connected to the ridge of the ridge, with earthworks measuring 4.3 km.There is a 15-meter-wide passageway called the roadway, which is about 20 meters wide and sharply cut off on the outside of the mound.In the middle of the mound, there are the remains of the Hokteimon Gate and the Tohoku Gate leading to the Dazaifu side, and the cornerstone remains.
You can enjoy grass skiing from March to May and from September to November on the slope facing the ruins of the castle for 300 yen.
