It has been more than 300 years since the sake brewery had been established and the present head of the company is now 11th generation.
The main building, cellar and the other surroundings are registered as national tangible cultural properties and Saga heritage.
A tour around the factory is offered to visitors during the winter season. Enjoy sake tasting (500 yen for 3 types of Sake) as well.
The history of Japan can be felt under the big zelkova tree in the courtyard where the shiny white wall of the cellar stands.

Amabuki Shuzou Co., Ltd.

Multilayered cultivation allows you to pick strawberries while standing up and it is perfect for anyone from senior to kids. The strawberries would not touch the mud and you can enjoy them clean.

Tosu Berry Forest

The tourist information office at Shin-Tosu Station, which serves both for Shinkansen bullet trains and other local trains, provides tourist information of the northern Saga area and other northern Kyushu areas and also deals with souvenirs from around Tosu City and other areas of Saga.

You can also rent a bicycle and a Nordic walking poles here and the rental fees for them are both 200 yen (available from 9 AM until 5 PM / rental terms apply).

Shin-Tosu Station Tourist Information Center

The largest outlet in Kyushu has been powered up even more with an addition of 19 new stores, including 2 stores appearing for the first time in Japan's outlet, and 8 more stores appearing for the first time in Kyushu.
You can enjoy one whole day of shopping in streets as if you have come overseas with various brands lining up, from high-end brands within the country or overseas to sports brands, accessories, etc.
