This Japanese style restaurant primarily serves fresh soba noodles and tempura. It is adjacent to Taiheian Distillery Museum where you can learn about the distilling culture. Saga's best Sake are on display, available for purchase, and available to taste-test. Visitors can try their hand at making hand-made soba noodles.
