Established in 1921, this restaurant of freshwater fish has been loved by the locals. We serve "Koi fish" brought up in the clean water of "Ryumonkyo" which is surrounded by the nature.
The pure water gives it more flavor, and the crunchy texture of the white meat is amazing.
Our Miso is handmade. We mature the domestic soybeans with burning firewood at low temperature. Please enjoy the freshwater fish with our special handmade seasonings such as Miso vinegar source which has low salt and additive-free, and red yuzu pepper that is also additive-free and no artificial coloring added at all.
