When a user uses Saga Travel Support DOGANSHITATO Application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) or the Multilingual Call Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Call Center”), Saga Prefectural Tourism Federation may receive the user’s individual information. The federation will strictly protect such individual information acquired via the Application or the Call Center by taking such management measures as follows.
Handling of Personal Information
- Definition of Personal Information
All information including name, address, face photo, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, occupation, life views, any personal principle or belief that can be used to identify the user
- Utilization Purposes of Individual Information
Individual information received by the federation (including the usage history) will be used;
* to draw stamp rally prize winners and shipment the prizes to the winners.
* in case the service of the Call Center requires
* to aggregate and analyze acquired information for the improvement of the Application and the service quality of the Call Center
- No Utilization outside the Stated Purposes
The Application and the Call Center collect individual information within the minimum range necessary. We will utilize such individual information only for the purposes clarified to the user in advance and for no other purposes.
- No Transfer to the Third Party outside the Stated Purposes
We will not transfer individual information received via the Application or the Call Center to any third party unless there is an approval by the user or required by law or ordinance. Such transfer shall only be made in case it is required by law or ordinance.
- Access Log
The Application records the information of the users in the form of “access log.” Such access log contains the domain name, IP address, type of browser, the date of access but none such information can be used to identify any individual user. Access log will be utilized only for the purpose of application maintenance and the statistical analysis of application usage but for no other purposes.
- Location Information
The Application may acquire location information from a user’s mobile device with a GPS function. Such transfer of information will only be made under the approval of the user and the user shall never be forced to do so. Such location information will always include some margin of error and cannot be used to identify an individual.
